SKIN BASED BACKCOUNTRY SKIING DAY TRIP TO LAKE LIVO

On this trip you can enjoy the Lapland fresh air, nice people and have a new experience with skin based skis. Skis are made for skiing in deep snow and sliding down from the hills. During the trip your guide will make fire and you'll enjoy delicious soup meal around open fire. This tour is an excellent idea for surprising your friends first time in Posio and South Lapland!


Your guide is a Finnish adventure instructor, wilderness chef who has completed the NOLS Wilderness Medical First Aid course. Welcome to enjoy this safe and unique outdoor adventure with a professional nature guide in Northern Finland!

  • Place: Lake Livo, Posio. Starting point at Livo Lake, Taivalkoskentie parking place, Taivalkoskentie, 97950 Posio

  • Availability: In winter according to weather and snow conditions. The tour is done on the basis of pre-booking.

  • Guaranteed departure: On Mondays at 11:00 between 1.12.-11.4. according to weather and snow conditions

  • Duration: Approximately 3 hours

  • Price: 90 €/person. Minimum billing: 180 €
